The Varadis RADFET is a microelectronic chip, specially engineered to be sensitive to high energy (ionising) radiation. Our RADFETs are cost effective, small, robust, and designed to work in both passive zero power consumption and in active modes.
This is the smallest RADFET sensor on the market with such a large dynamic range. RADFET sensors can be supplied at basic sensor and Readout Module level.
