The CZT/500 and CZT/1500 are room temperature operating semiconductor CdZnTe gamma-radiation quasi-hemispherical detectors. Large sensitive volume of these detectors ensures high registration efficiency in a wide range of gamma-radiation energies. The CZT/500 and CZT/1500 are intended for application with miniature low noise charge sensitive preamplifiers PA101C or PA101C/HV or with other similar charge sensitive preamplifiers. These detectors are designed for application in portable spectrometers for various applications. |
